Apply to wrists and pulse points and inhale the relaxing aroma. Apply to the bottoms of feet, pillows and bedding before bed at night to prepare for a restful night’s sleep. You can also apply it to your temples, back of the neck and behind ears. Also roll on and use as a perfume ('purefume')

Diluted with fractionated coconut oil.
